Neck
Typical problems involve whiplash injuries, pinched nerves, stiffness, acute neck twists (torticollis), and general neck pain.
Shoulder
Common issues include frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, joint degeneration (osteoarthritis), inflammation of the bursa, AC joint discomfort, instability or impingement, and ruptures of the biceps tendon.
Elbow
Common elbow concerns include tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, swelling of the bursa, and muscle tears in the biceps.
Hand / Wrist
Conditions may include repetitive strain injuries (RSI), trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, and Colles fractures.
Back
Back issues can involve sciatic nerve pain, inflammatory conditions like spondylitis, herniated or slipped discs, poor posture, facet joint discomfort, lower back strain (lumbago), scoliosis, kyphosis, and muscular injuries.
