Our online course includes pre recorded pregnancy specific pilates, yoga classes, birth preparation and guided relaxation sessions. Everything you would get in a studio based class but from the comfort of your home at a time that suits you. Our course is designed for any ability level, eben if you have never done pilates or yoga before. Classes are taught by Nicola, an Injury rehab therapist and ante/post natal specialist, making the course ideal for women looking to reduce pregnancy related pain sand stiffness, maintain strength and prepare for a evidence based post natal recovery.
