I had a wonderful massage with Toni a couple of weeks ago. She uses just the right amount of pressure (at least for me) and it was just what I needed to get rid of a few knots and tension in my shoulders. It was very relaxing, so much so I fell asleep! I will definitely go for further massages and highly recommend Toni.

When I got informed about the mummy and me Pilates and yoga I was a bit sceptical as I find exercise and new things rather overwhelming but in saying this I wanted to try something different. Upon arriving I was made to feel very welcome with an inviting atmosphere. Throughout the time being there I have grown in confidence and found myself in a new head space for fitness, not only that my daughter who started at jsut 6 weeks has enjoyed the 1:1 aswell as the end of session group. Nic is a lovely woman and shares personal experiences. 100% recommend in joining.

Nicola is fabulous. I have attended clinical pilates, reformer, ante-natal pilates and post natal pilates. All classes have been great. Nicola is incredibly knowledgeable and can explain every detail about every move you make. She is lovely, friendly and her classes are amazing. I would highly recommend.

If considering going to NJD for pregnancy or baby yoga/pilates - DO IT and you won’t forget it! I went to Nicola’s pregnancy class from 20 weeks - 37 weeks pregnant! I enjoyed it all the way through. It’s a perfect treat during pregnancy- both mentally and physically. I especially enjoyed when we used the reformers. She covers all sorts in class - including positions and breathing for labour , and although I ended up with a planned c-section (breech baby) I still used a lot of it on the day! I made lots of friends at NJD who I now still see for baby play dates and coffee! I also now attend her baby class which I also LOVE!

I went to NJD Pregnancy Hub for pregnancy yoga & pilates as well as a postnatal MOT after baby was born. Nicola was so helpful & knowledgeable with everything she shared. She made me feel comfortable & confident in the moves we were doing. Going weekly alongside doing bits at home helped the end of my pregnancy massively & eased the aches and pains I was experiencing. I would recommend to anyone who’s pregnant!
